Nancy Schultz, CISR Commercial Account ManagerNancy is a Commercial Account Manager for Consolidated National Insurers, Inc. handling various commercial accounts. She is responsible for maintaining successful client business relationships, providing quality service to the agency’s clients in a friendly and professional manner to meet their insurance needs. She has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and has earned a Certified Insurance Service Representative Designation. Nancy now lives in Montgomery County, PA and enjoys traveling and spending time with her daughter and friends.

Jeffrey R. Smith, CISR Commercial Lines Account ManagerJeff serves as a Commercial Lines Account Manager for CNI’s commercial insurance team. He is responsible for servicing all of his client’s insurance needs. He takes great pride in his commitment to not just meeting, but exceeding client expectations. Jeff has spent 10 years in the insurance industry, where he has earned his Commercial Insurance Service (CISR) designation and is currently working towards his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. He earned a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Delaware. Jeff lives in Ambler with his wife and three children.

Tina Mcnamara New Business Marketing RepresentativeAs a Commercial Account Manager and new business marketing representative, Tina is responsible for applying best practices in addressing client requirements and supporting sales activities through effective marketing of new business opportunities. Tina has over 20 years of account management and business development experience in the insurance and management consulting industries. She values each opportunity to provide client service and always in a friendly, professional manner. Tina lives in Montgomery County, PA area and is active in charitable organizations with a focus on supporting the welfare of local children and families.

William A. Loughery, CISR Claims/Personal Lines RepresentativeBill has been with CNI for 29 years. In that time, Bill has served in various roles, including Commercial Lines Producer. Bill currently utilizes this wealth of experience in helping CNI’s clients initiate the claim filing process and provide continuous follow up until the claim is resolved to the client’s satisfaction. Bill also serves as a Personal Lines Account Manager, which includes renewals, quoting, coverage and exposure analysis. Bill earned his Certified Insurance Service Representative designation which represents the commitment to continuing insurance education required to meet CNI’s clients’ needs.  Bill recently moved to Chester County, PA and has two daughters.

Renee Phifer Accounting/HR ManagerRenee serves as the Accounting / HR Manager for Consolidated National Insurers, Inc. Her primary responsibilities  include accounting, managing payables/receivables, and reporting to the President. She is also responsible for day to day HR management, including payroll. She has been with the company for 21 years, where she started as the receptionist. Renee lives in Blue Bell, PA with her 2 children and enjoys spending time at the beach.

Patricia J. Sanfelice Administrative Assistant Patricia has served as the receptionist for Consolidated National Insurers, Inc.  She has over 20 years of experience in the corporate environment. As for the first point of contact for CNI, she tries to be professional, friendly, upbeat, and helpful to our clients. Pat also serves as an administrative assistant at CNI and in general helps out whenever and wherever she can contribute. Pat’s responsibilities included processing certificate requests, assisting accounting, and providing support to the marketing team.
