Lawerence F. Loughery, CIC President & CEOAs an agency co-founder in 1982, Larry has been an integral part of the agency’s development, from a start up personal lines/life insurance agency to a broad based full service commercial insurance brokerage offering insurance solutions to thousands of clients in the Mid Atlantic Region. He currently oversees all aspects of agency management.Larry brings more than 34 years of experience as an insurance and risk management professional. CNI’s transformation to a full service commercial brokerage started in the 1980’s with his development of multiple association business relationships. Utilizing group marketing, risk management and loss control practices, developed several liability and workers compensation safety group programs for associations and their members. This allowed the agency to develop a large volume of commercial clients in specialized niche industries which CNI continues to serve today.Larry continues to serve and advise hundreds of clients/organizations/associations on ever evolving and complex insurance and benefits issues; regulatory, compliance and developing exposures (cyber liability, etc.) as well as attract new clients. He prides himself as being a trusted advisor providing thorough consultative reviews of each client’s unique insurance exposures then collaborating with client’s management team; to offer strategic and cost effective solutions in the form of tailored insurance programs designed to fit his client’s specific business insurance, loss control and risk management needs. He is both passionate and adamant that CNI live up to his commitment to provide timely professional service and valued counsel each time a client need arises. Although Larry consults on a wide array of business, his areas of focus are: environmental risks/ pesticide-herbicide-fungicide (pest management professionals, lawn/tree/ aquatic/aerial spraying operations), construction, manufacturing, transportation, charter schools/private schools/non-profit, & law firms.Larry earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1990 and recently celebrated his 25 year as a CIC designee. CIC is a premier continuing education program within our industry. As a business executive he has served on various Board of Directors and insurance company Advisory Councils in his time at CNI. He continues to be an active member (34 yrs) of both the Independent Agent & Brokers and the Professional Insurance Agents Associations. Temple University (1980), Business Administration/Insurance.Larry is active in the community supporting various church, schools, charities and youth sports organizations. He lives in Gwynedd Valley, PA (26 yrs) with his wife and two children.

Erwin Antoni, CLU, CIC Vice PresidentErwin Antoni serves as Vice President of Consolidated National Insurers, Inc and brings to our clients more than 37 years experience as an insurance and risk management professional. He has been an insurance professional here at CNI since 1988, and has worked with several associations and hundreds of clients – providing key insurance and benefits programs to our clients.Presently, Erv works specifically with members of the Asian American Retailers Association (AARA) and with members of the Pennsylvania Association of Automotive Trades (PAAT), as well as with referrals to general business owners. Clients appreciate Erv’s attention to their unique insurance needs, especially his advice and guidance in designing insurance programs that fit their needs, and that assist them in managing their risks.Erv earned his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 1985, and his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1992. Both of these designations are premier education programs in the insurance industry. Erv earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1978.Erv is married with 5 children and resides in Lansdale, Pa. He is an active member of the community, working with several local organizations, churches, and schools – including fund raising activities for St Stanislaus Parish and School, Mater Dei School, Lansdale Catholic High School, Knights of Columbus, and Horsham Rotary Club.

John Diesel, CIC Marketing Vice PresidentJohn serves as Vice President of Marketing and brings 28 years of experience as an insurance and risk management professional. John joined Consolidated National Insurers, Inc (CNI) as a property and casualty broker in 1989. Prior to working for CNI, John spent two years selling life, health, and group benefits.John focuses on developing new business relationships and maintaining the highest level of service for his existing client base. John takes a consultative approach to managing both commercial and individual risk; providing reviews of each clients unique exposures to develop strategic cost effective solutions to fit their business insurance and benefits needs.Although John consults with a wide array of business, his primary focus and expertise are in the following areas: pest management, lawn care, auto service industry and day care facilities. John has worked within the pest management industry since 1993 having attended hundreds of local, state and national meetings and seminars. John has developed a specialized loss control program for the pest management and lawn care industries. This program provides risk management techniques to help educate clients to avoid, manage and mitigate their exposure to claims/risk. This program provides core educational credit in various states. John also provides his clients with additional support and resources in the form of his vendor support network; from manufacture reps to distributors. John is always trying to help his clients improve their business practices.John holds a Certificate Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation which he earned in 1998. CIC is a premier continuing education program within the industry. He is a 1985 graduate of King’s College earning a BS in marketing. John is active in the community participating and supporting various church, school, and charitable functions. In addition, he is a Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus member. John is married with three children.

Loughery, Jr., CPIA Assistant Vice PresidentLarry serves as Assistant Vice President in the firm with his primary focus on developing new business relationships and maintaining the highest level of service for the firm’s existing client base. Larry works with a wide array of business with his current areas of focus including auto services and pest management/lawn care.In addition, Larry is responsible for coordinating and managing CNI’s internet marketing platform; incorporating website, digital marketing programs, e-mail ad campaigns, prospect data storage, etc. to help develop and expand CNI’s lead and prospect data bases, which targets specific classes of business and association groups within CNI’s carrier’s appetites.Larry earned in CPIA designation, an insurance industry education program, in 2013. He has taken several Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) courses and is an active candidate pursuing his CIC designation. Larry earned a BA in Communications and Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania in 2013.

Laurie DeVitis, CISR Assistant Office Manager, Commercial InsuranceLaurie serves as a Commercial Lines Account Manager for Consolidated National Insurers, Inc. to which she brings 25 years of insurance experience and a positive attitude. She has been servicing the business insurance needs of CNI’s clients for almost 20 years as well as assisting with office manager responsibilities. Laurie prides herself on providing a high-quality level of customer services to CNI clients, always in a friendly and professional manner. Laurie is a committed insurance professional who recognizes the importance for continuing education to help her meet her clients’ ever changing insurance needs. She has earned a Certified Insurance Service Representative Designation and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.Originally from New York, Laurie now resides with her family in Montgomery County, PA and is active in her church and community’s athletic leagues.
